22-year-old Kechaunna Gaddis was diagnosed with cancer last year.
“My nose started to bleed. I started to have a nauseous feeling. I started going back to my neurologist and that’s when I found out last year in June that I was sick. It has been about eight or nine months and the worst time of my life,” said Gaddis.
That’s why Sheri Book with Mississippi Blood Services said the blood drive at Anderson United Church Sunday was very important.
