A Scots teen who has battled aggressive cancer for seven years has returned home from hospital after a round of gruelling treatment and blood transfusion.
Kira Noble, who was first diagnosed aged just 11, has relapsing neuroblastoma – a cancer that comes from immature nerve cells.
The Edinburgh teen’s family hailed all those who donate blood as “lifesavers” after brave Kira completed a transfusion at Edinburgh Sick Kids Hospital.
Kira, 18, also completed a fourth round of chemoimmunotherapy.
Her mum, Auld Noble, took to social media to provide the promising update.
