Information has come to hand that well known local personality, Peter Stenner, has recently made his 70th donation of blood to the Blood Bank.
Peter began making this generous donation approximately 25 years ago with the Australian Red Cross in Cobram.
At that time, there were several other members of the Finley community making the trip to contribute every three months.
Following the closure of the facility in Cobram, Peter began travelling to Shepparton to continue donating.
He is extremely proud of the fact that he has been able to influence his grandson, 22 year-old Blayre, to also take on this much needed action.
