‘I don’t think people realize how almost painless the whole thing is. You’re not getting your arm chopped off,’ quips Bob Glenn who will roll up his sleeve for milestone donation Friday.

A blood donation Friday by Bob Glenn will be the 150th of his life and he hopes to have a large group of people there to celebrate — by following his lead.
