July is an especially hard month for the Springman family of River Ridge. Not only does it mark the death of their cherished little boy Kendall Oliver on July 31, but his he would have celebrated his golden birthday. Kendall Oliver would have turned 12 on July 12. But, the family has found a way to commemorate both days in a special and meaningful way.
