You’ll see blood drives almost every day of the week.

But the one on Friday afternoon at the Belmont County Veterans service office was just a little bit different.

“This is a way for the public to come and give back in honor of veterans and those who serve their country,” said Michael Schuler, Outreach coordinator.

It’s called the “Give back to those who Gave” blood drive, a great way to combine two things — blood donations and support for those who have served our country in the military.
