When it comes to giving the gift of life, Chuck Burns notes the entire process can take just 10 to 20 minutes.
Burns would know. On Monday, during an American Red Cross blood drive at Turbotville Community Hall, he gave blood and received his 20-gallon pin.
Burns, 69, began donating blood in 1987 and said he gives every time he can.
